#5847 PTB *yul VILLAGE (provisional)

This provisional PTB etymon is likely an allofam of #2209 PTB *(d/t)yal VILLAGE and perhaps also #6915 PTk *kʰuul VILLAGE; these etyma should probably be merged in the future. The connection between Chinese 攸 (Mand. yōu) ‘place’ and WT *yul ‘village’ was suggested by Schuessler 2007:578 (cf. comparandum below).
